Every Sunday from 8am to 1pm on Frankston-Flinders Road, Bittern. The Rotary-run market has been going for more than 30 years and accommodates over 40 stalls of traders and community groups. It's a good local outing if you're in the area, though produce stalls aren't a guaranteed feature.
