On the second Sunday of each month from 9am to 1pm on Fraser Street in Clunes, about 35km north of Ballarat. You'll find artisanal food, seasonal produce, plants, artists, and makers in what the organisers describe as an amazing tiny town. Proceeds go back into the community.
