Open Friday and Saturday from 5am to 6pm, and Sunday 5am to 3pm, on Grafton Street in the heart of Cairns. Rusty's has been running since 1975 and grown into a three-day event with over 180 stalls covering tropical fruit and vegetables, seafood, flowers, deli goods, international food and a good spread of non-produce vendors. The pre-dawn start is part of the appeal — locals have been arriving before sunrise for decades.
