Veg Out St Kilda Farmers Market has been running for over 20 years, held on the first Saturday of each month at Peanut Farm Reserve, Chaucer Street, St Kilda — just behind Acland Street. It's operated by the Veg Out Community Gardens, so proceeds go back into maintaining the garden. Stallholders are VFMA-accredited Victorian producers, with a solid range of fruit and veg, free-range eggs and meat, artisan cheese, olive oil, honey, wine, bread and flowers. Bring a bag — it's plastic-bag free.
