The Violet Town Community Market has been running on the second Saturday of each month since 1978, 8:30am to 1pm at the Honeysuckle Creek Recreation Reserve on Tulip Street. With over 250 stall holders on the books, you'll find a wide range of goods — baked items, honey, coffee, plants, crafts, clothing, and more — plus live music and a monthly raffle supporting local causes. Note that dogs are not permitted on the market site, and there's no ATM, so bring cash.
